Format: Commander

Commander: Jhoira of the Ghitu

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Jhoira of the Ghitu leads a suspend-and-cheat UR build. The primary plan is to park game-ending cards (Chandra, Worldfire, Omniscience, Blightsteel Colossus) under suspend, then strip time counters with Timebug, Rift Elemental, Clockspinning, and similar effects to cast them years early. Secondary paths include extra upkeep effects from Sphinx of the Second Sun, Paradox Haze, and The Ninth Doctor, plus a value game of mass draw and Spell-based theft like Stolen Strategy. The commander is the engine: her activation is the only repeatable way to suspend any nonland card. No hidden commander exists; The Ninth Doctor is support rather than a second build-around.
