The Pingertons 😈 (duplicated from not_Tim) by zytel

Format: Commander

Commander: Ob Nixilis, Captive Kingpin

Bracket: 5

Deck overview

This is a fast BR combo-tempo deck built around Ob Nixilis, Captive Kingpin as a repeatable exile-draw engine. 1-life pings from creatures like Firebrand Archer and Kessig Flamebreather let every ritual or exiled spell trigger Ob, growing him and chaining extra cards. The primary finish is an Underworld Breach + Lion's Eye Diamond + Wheel of Fortune loop, made mana-positive by Birgi and finished through Grapeshot, Walking Ballista, or Grinding Station. Secondary paths include a straight storm Grapeshot kill and a Cauldron/Casey Jones Ballista line. The hidden commander is effectively Birgi, since the dominant combo line depends on her red-per-spell trigger. Fast mana, six tutors, and Ad Nauseam let the deck win on turn 3-4.
