Deck overview

This deck is a high-power 5-color Dragon tribal deck commanded by Tiamat. The core strategy accelerates through the early turns with a dense package of 14 low-cost mana rocks and dorks to cast Tiamat on Turn 5. Upon entry, Tiamat searches up a decisive suite of Dragons that includes Klauth, Unrivaled Ancient, Hellkite Charger, Terror of the Peaks, and Dragonborn Champion. The deck then transitions directly into overwhelming aerial combat and an infinite combat loop: attacking with Klauth and Hellkite Charger generates enough floating mana on attack to continuously pay for extra combat phases. Premium free interaction spells like Deflecting Swat and Fierce Guardianship leverage Tiamat to shield the combo turn, while standalone haymakers ensure the deck can close games through standard combat damage if the combo is interrupted.
