Renewer of Life by Buddadragon

Format: Commander

Commander: Treva, the Renewer

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck is a tuned Bant Lifegain value pile that prioritizes incremental synergies over fast combo finishes. The primary strategy revolves around establishing a suite of early lifegain triggers (Soul Sisters, Ajani's Welcome, Prosperous Innkeeper), converting that life into overwhelming card advantage and board presence via engines like Shanna, Dawn of Hope, and Exemplar of Light, and then closing out the game with a massive Aetherflux Reservoir activation or an enormous Storm Herd token army. Treva serves as an expensive finisher and recursive source of life gain rather than the central engine of the deck; the 99 does the heavy lifting. The deck eschews infinite combos entirely, relying on robust synergy and recursion to grind out long games.
