Tevesh // Kodama - Bracket 3 ⚫🟢(with Primer) by MagicallyBad

Format: Commander

Commander: Tevesh Szat, Doom of Fools and Kodama of the East Tree

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a Golgari token-sacrifice and reanimation value deck built around the partner pair Tevesh Szat, Doom of Fools and Kodama of the East Tree. Tevesh Szat, Doom of Fools generates a steady stream of Thrull tokens and converts them into card advantage, while Kodama of the East Tree leverages every token and landfall trigger to dump additional permanents from hand onto the battlefield for free. The primary path to victory is overwhelming the table with a wide board powered by Scute Swarm, Tendershoot Dryad, Field of the Dead, Chatterfang, Squirrel General, and Parallel Lives, then finishing with either a Craterhoof Behemoth overrun found through Natural Order or reanimation, or a mass-drain kill from Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, Syr Konrad, the Grim, and The Meathook Massacre. The deck is a mid-paced value engine with strong recursion, but it is vulnerable to stack interaction and commander removal.
