Tay Tay the Taxman by Shadowkaisa

Format: Commander

Commander: Grand Arbiter Augustin IV

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is an Azorius stax-control deck led by Grand Arbiter Augustin IV. The Arbiter taxes opponents by one mana and discounts your white and blue spells, letting you deploy lock pieces ahead of curve. The primary win is Approach of the Second Sun, cast twice from hand with tutor and top-deck manipulation to reset the seven-card clock. Secondary pressure comes from lifelink angels that grow with Archangel of Thune and Lyra Dawnbringer. Fifteen stax pieces like Blind Obedience, Ghostly Prison, Propaganda, Lavinia, Aven Mindcensor and Knowledge Pool slow opponents while you draw with Esper Sentinel, Mystic Remora and Narset. No hidden commander; the deck wants Arbiter on turn 3-4 but can operate without him.
