Deck overview

This is a political aggro-control deck helmed by Breena, the Demagogue, built around a swarm of cheap evasive creatures that trigger Breena's card-draw and +1/+1 counter engine. The primary game plan is to deploy a low-curve board of flying, unblockable, or shadow creatures, then use Breena's political trigger to draw cards and grow the team while opponents are incentivized to attack each other. A dense interaction suite-including 6 counterspells, 27 instant-speed pieces, and a full set of protection spells-keeps the board safe and disrupts opposing combo turns.
