Deck overview

This deck leverages Jace, Multiverse Architect at the helm of a four-color (sans-green) control shell built to cheat towering threats into play. Early turns focus on establishing mana fixing with two-mana rocks and generating sacrificial creature tokens using cards like Skrelv's Hive, Dreadhorde Invasion, and Lingering Souls. By Turn 4 or 5, casting Jace and activating his -3 polymorph ability instantly turns an expendable token into one of thirteen devastating payoffs, such as Archon of Cruelty, Serra's Emissary, or Vilis, Broker of Blood. Redundant transformation spells like Mass Polymorph and Synthetic Destiny scale this advantage by converting an entire token swarm into an overwhelming board of legendary creatures and evasive beaters. With strong board sweepers, flexible spot removal, and robust card advantage engines like The One Ring and Rhystic Study, the deck controls the table's tempo before closing out the game with lethal combat damage.
