Deck overview

This Izzet spellslinger deck centers on Vivi Ornitier, turning every noncreature spell into table-wide burn, power growth, and mana generation. By enchanting Vivi with Curiosity or Ophidian Eye, each noncreature spell triggers Vivi to deal 1 damage to each opponent and draw 3 cards. This immediate card flow fuels a storm chain that cycles through cheap cantrips, rituals, and free interaction. As Vivi grows, its {0} activated ability produces massive mana bursts to sustain continuous spellcasting until all opponents take lethal burn damage. The deck defends its win turn with free protective countermagic like Fierce Guardianship, Deflecting Swat, and Force of Will. If Vivi is removed, secondary lines featuring Underworld Breach, Brain Freeze, Archmage Emeritus, and Storm-Kiln Artist provide resilient storm finishes. With 34 basic lands, the deck breaks parity under Blood Moon while maintaining high velocity and lethal burst potential.
