Djeru and Haz by zbrodey

Format: Commander

Commander: Djeru and Hazoret

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Boros legendary-matters midrange aggro deck helmed by Djeru and Hazoret. The core plan is to empty the hand, attack with the commander to exile and free-cast a legendary creature from the top six, and snowball a board of high-impact legends into lethal combat. Extra-combat payoffs (Raph & Leo, Sibling Rivals, Response // Resurgence, Eomer, Marshal of Rohan), melee anthems, and double-strike enablers convert the free-cast bombs (Etali, Primal Storm, Drakuseth, Maw of Flames, Zetalpa, Primal Dawn) into multiplayer kills. Secondary engines exile and cast from the top (Laelia, the Blade Reforged, Commander Liara Portyr, Plargg and Nassari, Bell Borca, Spectral Sergeant) so the deck keeps generating threats even when the commander is answered. There are no infinite combos; victory is pure combat inevitability backed by a modest protection suite.
