Deck overview

Ultron, Artificial Malevolence is the copy engine of a colorless artifact-token deck. The primary plan is to cast cheap nonlegendary artifacts with enters triggers, pay {2} for each to create token copies, and turn those tokens into a wide army. Forsaken Monument and Ultron, Machine Overlord pump the field and multiply mana. Secondary paths include exiling colored permanents with Ugin, Eye of the Storms, a large annihilator swing from Ulamog, the Defiler, and poison from Virulent Silencer. The deck has no deterministic combo, so it wins through repeated combat; Darksteel Forge and Glaring Spotlight protect the artifact board. Ultron, Machine Overlord effectively acts as a hidden anthem commander, giving Robots and Constructs the muscle needed to close out games.
