Deck overview

This is a Boros Dwarves-and-Equipment beatdown deck helmed by Thorin Oakenshield, whose entire contribution is a global ward {1} blanket once you control three or more artifacts, legendaries, and/or Sagas - an "enduring story" that is trivially easy to achieve in a deck this dense with Equipment and legendary Dwarves. The plan is straightforward: flood the board with cheap Dwarf bodies, suit them up with a dozen Equipment pieces, and win through combat, accelerated by Desert Were-Worm's extra combat step and token generation from Fili the Pathfinder and An Unexpected Party // At the Door. There are no infinite combos and no fast mana; this is a midrange, value-oriented combat deck that grinds incremental advantages through ETB tutors like Dain's Company, treasure generation, and flashback spells, then closes with a wide, equipped board.
