Oskar, Rubbish Reclaimer leads a Dimir discard and graveyard value deck. You fill the graveyard with looters and mill, reduce Oskar's cost with varied mana values, and recast every discarded nonland spell for free. The primary plan grinds card advantage through Secrets of the Dead, Bone Miser and Monument to Endurance, then wins with mass reanimation via Living Death or Agadeem's Awakening into Gray Merchant, Massacre Wurm and Archon of Cruelty. A secondary five-card engine with Kitsa, Frantic Search, Matzalantli and Minamo can generate infinite mana and draws but lacks a direct outlet. Tortured Existence and Vohar act as hidden commanders that keep the engine running when Oskar is absent.
