Deck overview

This mono-red aggro-combo deck subverts traditional Goblin tribal construction by omitting Goblins from the 99 and turning Krenko, Mob Boss into a solitary exponential token engine. By utilizing a dense suite of 'Threaten' effects like Act of Treason, Twisted Fealty, and Furnace Reins targeted at its own commander, the deck untaps Krenko multiple times in a single turn to double token counts rapidly. Equipment such as Illusionist's Bracers, Battlemage's Bracers, and Umbral Mantle further amplify this output. The resulting mass of tokens is leveraged through group-slug damage sources like Impact Tremors, Molten Gatekeeper, and Torbran, Thane of Red Fell, or converted into immediate lethal combat through Shared Animosity and Goblin War Drums. An incidental infinite combat backup route exists via Combat Celebrant and Helm of the Host. While vulnerable to board wipes and commander removal, the deck executes explosive, unpredictable kill turns.
