Deck overview

This is a mono-black Liliana tribal Zombie reanimator midrange deck helmed by Liliana, Heretical Healer // Liliana, Defiant Necromancer. The plan leverages a dense suite of Liliana planeswalkers for discard pressure, edicts, and recursion while flooding the board with Zombie tokens and lords. The front-face commander transforms readily off any nontoken death into a reanimation engine, then the deck escalates via big mana (Cabal Coffers, Crypt Ghast, Nirkana Revenant) into drains (Gray Merchant of Asphodel, Exsanguinate), mass token swings, or graveyard coups (Rise of the Dark Realms, walker ultimates). Secondary lines include discard payoffs (Waste Not, Liliana's Caress) and sticky recursion. It wins through attrition and overwhelming board presence rather than explosive early turns.
