Deck overview

This deck is a Grixis artifact-spellslinger combo list commanded by Saruman, the White Hand. Its primary strategy focuses on assembling the infinite mana engine of Isochron Scepter imprinting Dramatic Reversal. Supported by a dense suite of mana rocks including Signets, Talismans, and Sol Ring, this engine generates unbounded mana, untaps, and spell casts. With Saruman, the White Hand on the battlefield, every activation triggers Amass Orcs, rapidly building an infinite-power Orc Army. Alternatively, infinite mana fuels Staff of Domination to draw the entire library, allowing the deck to loop lethal damage spells such as Lightning Bolt or Banefire via Drafna, Founder of Lat-Nam or Kess, Dissident Mage for an immediate same-turn table finish. Tutors like Fabricate, Whir of Invention, and Tribute Mage ensure reliable Turn 5 assembly, while Goblin Welder, Emry, Lurker of the Loch, and Academy Ruins provide resilient engine recovery.
