Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Izzet spellslinger strategy led by Vivi Ornitier. Vivi turns every noncreature spell into direct burn and power growth, which then converts into a burst of mana during your turn. The primary plan revolves around chaining cheap cantrips and rituals to ping opponents down with Vivi, Guttersnipe, and Fiery Inscription, or converting Vivi into massive mana to overwhelm the table with cards like Mizzix's Mastery. Secondary win conditions include the classic Niv-Mizzet curiosity loop with Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, or Tandem Lookout, as well as Hullbreaker Horror lockouts and explosive Grapeshot storm turns.
