This deck is an Esper big-mana control deck that uses Yennett, Cryptic Sovereign to cheat expensive, game-ending odd-cost spells directly onto the battlefield. The strategy focuses on setting up early mana acceleration and top-deck manipulation using cards like Sensei's Divining Top, Brainstorm, and Varragoth, Bloodsky Sire. Once Yennett attacks on turn 5, its combat trigger reveals and casts devastating odd-cost spells—such as Expropriate, Breach the Multiverse, Portal to Phyrexia, and Void Winnower—completely bypassing their steep mana costs. These cheated spells quickly establish an asymmetric stranglehold on the board by wiping opposing creatures, stealing key permanents, and restricting enemy spellcasting.
