Deck overview

This deck is a classic Selesnya Humans tribal aggro build helmed by Kyler, Sigardian Emissary. The core game plan focuses on establishing early board presence with efficient Human creatures, casting Kyler on Turn 5, and rapidly ballooning the entire army's power and toughness via +1/+1 counters. Combat damage is the sole victory condition, pushed through via evasion enablers like Abzan Falconer and Tuskguard Captain. Due to a low density of efficient early ramp and an absence of creature tutors, the deck relies heavily on natural curve-outs and top-deck card flow. It features high vulnerability to mass removal, as wiping the board resets all counter investments and sends a high-cost commander back to the command zone. Interaction consists largely of defensive, conditional creature removal and minor hatebear utility in Drannith Magistrate.
