Commander: Azami, Lady of Scrolls

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a mono-blue Wizard tribal control deck helmed by Azami, Lady of Scrolls, built around converting a board of Wizards into overwhelming card advantage and stack dominance. The primary plan is to establish Azami alongside a critical mass of Wizards, using her tap ability to draw through the deck while a dense counterspell suite (Counterspell, Forbid, Rewind, Ertai, Wizard Adept, Voidmage Prodigy) locks opponents out of the game. The deck wins through either Laboratory Maniac after drawing the library, or by chaining extra turns (Time Warp, Time Stretch, Part the Waterveil, Nexus of Fate) into a Wizard-token beatdown via Docent of Perfection and Shark Typhoon. It is a classic draw-go control deck that aims to reach a critical mass of Wizards, then use Azami's ability to bury opponents in card advantage while countering anything relevant.
