Commander: Toph, the First Metalbender

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Toph, the First Metalbender is a Naya land-aggro/combo deck. It ramps into Toph, animates lands with earthbend triggers, and turns those lands into huge attackers. The fastest line pairs Ashaya, Soul of the Wild with Bumi, Unleashed: every nontoken creature becomes a land creature, so Bumi untaps all lands, grants an extra combat, and loops infinitely. Secondary wins use Toph, Greatest Earthbender and Bristly Bill to make double-striking, counters-laden land creatures. The 99 is packed with instant-speed interaction and protection, and the additional Toph legendaries act as hidden commanders that keep the earthbend engine running if the actual commander is answered.
