Deck overview

Norin the Wary headlines a mono-red burn and enter-the-battlefield attrition strategy. While Norin appears completely unthreatening on paper, its involuntary exile ability triggers whenever any player casts a spell or attacks, allowing it to enter the battlefield repeatedly on nearly every turn cycle. The deck leverages this constant flickering by assembling passive damage engines like Purphoros, God of the Forge, Impact Tremors, Agate Instigator, and Slash, Reptile Rampager. Accompanied by token generators like Genesis Chamber and Krenko, Mob Boss, plus mana denial from Blood Moon, the deck rapidly incinerates all opponents through unblockable, noncombat group slug damage.
