Commander: Archelos, Lagoon Mystic

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This Sultai deck is built around Archelos, Lagoon Mystic as an accelerant: keeping him untapped makes your enters-tapped lands and permanents enter untapped, smoothing a midrange game plan of high-toughness Turtles plus graveyard value. Bedrock Tortoise turns that toughness into combat damage, while Ambling Stormshell draws three cards each attack and is repeatedly untapped by other Turtle spells. Secondary grind paths use Muldrotha, Colossal Skyturtle, Ninja Teen, and Mimeoplasm to recur or grow threats, and South Wind Avatar punishes creature deaths. The deck has no infinite combo; it wins by accumulating 6-9 damage per creature until a multi-attacker turn crosses 120 total damage.
