Deck overview

Beorn the Fierce leads an aggressive Mono-Green Bear tribal and stompy deck focused on converting cheap Bear bodies into overwhelming combat power and card advantage. Early turns focus on accelerating mana with low-cost ramp and establishing low-curve Bear creatures such as Werebear, Metallic Mimic, and Ayula, Queen Among Bears. On Turn 4, casting Beorn immediately turns non-Bear utility creatures into Bears, grants permanent trample counters, and draws two cards per combat step once three Bears are assembled. From this sustained card flow, the deck ramps into decisive power multipliers like Unnatural Growth, The Skullspore Nexus, Surrak and Goreclaw, and Vigor to launch massive trample attacks on Turn 6. While vulnerable to mass exile sweepers and lacking stack-based interaction, the deck maintains rapid engine recovery and high redundancy across its stompy threats.
