Da Bears by pm1022

Format: Commander

Commander: Beorn the Fierce

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a mono-green Bear tribal stompy deck led by Beorn the Fierce. The plan is straightforward midrange aggro: ramp hard, deploy a critical mass of Bears (and changelings), cast Beorn to anthem the team and convert creatures into Bears while drawing cards, then overwhelm the table with trampling combat damage. Power-matters enchantments and combat payoffs (Garruk's Uprising, Tribute to the World Tree, Ohran Frostfang, Toski, Bearer of Secrets) keep the hand full as the board grows. There are no infinite combos; wins come from raw combat, amplified by Unnatural Growth, Goreclaw, Terror of Qal Sisma, and discounted haymakers like Ghalta, Primal Hunger. Beorn is the central engine for both the tribal pump and mid-game card advantage, though the deck retains a functional beatdown plan through its dense creature suite and independent draw enchantments if he is answered.
