Commander: Edgar Markov

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Edgar Markov is a token-generating aggro engine that rarely needs to leave the command zone. This build leans into Eminence by casting the cheapest possible Vampires to fabricate an army of 1/1 tokens while anthem lords pump them into real threats. A secondary aristocrat package uses Blood Artist, Cruel Celebrant, and Goblin Bombardment to convert token deaths into life loss; attack-trigger drain from Sanctum Seeker and Pulse Tracker spreads damage across all opponents. The hidden commander is Edgar, Charmed Groom, a self-recursing lord whose Coffin side keeps generating Vampires after a wipe. There is no compact infinite combo and no counterspell suite, so the deck wins through overlapping board presence, drain triggers, and one well-protected all-out attack.
