Zuko, The Last Hatebearer by ToxWeary

Format: Commander

Commander: Rhys the Redeemed

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Rhys the Redeemed is a GW token-multiplication commander. The primary plan is to establish early mana and Rhys, create a small token base, then use Rhys's second ability-accelerated by Seedborn Muse-to double that base once or more per turn cycle until a critical mass is reached. The main finish is Craterhoof Behemoth cheated in with Natural Order; a secondary path is overwhelming with Caretaker's Talent/Ojer Taq-multiplied tokens and Elesh Norn/legion-loyalty combat. The commander's role is exponential multiplier, not an engine; there is no hidden commander among the DFCs. The deck can also grind with token draw, but rewards sequencing around a single explosive turn rather than incremental chip damage.
