Deck overview

This deck is a Grixis midrange strategy centered on Edward Kenway, combining Pirate and Assassin tribal synergies with aggressive Vehicle combat. In the early game, cheap creatures and Vehicles establish board presence and fix mana. Once Edward enters the battlefield, tapping your attackers and crew members generates a continuous stream of Treasure tokens while Vehicle combat damage steals cards from opponents' libraries. In the mid-to-late game, the deck converts accumulated Treasure hoards into game-ending threats. It closes games by animating tokens into a flying swarm with Cyberdrive Awakener, winning outright on upkeep with Revel in Riches, draining the table with Marionette Master and Mirkwood Bats, or executing an infinite combat loop with Malcolm, Keen-Eyed Navigator and Glint-Horn Buccaneer. The deck offers exceptional mana velocity and card flow, balanced by standard combat-step vulnerabilities.
