Deck overview

Tovolar, Dire Overlord // Tovolar, the Midnight Scourge is a fast werewolf/wolf tribal deck that uses the commander's front face as a combat draw engine, then flips to night to use the back face's mana-sink pump. The goal is to deploy two or three cheap Wolves/Werewolves, turn on night, and convert each attack into cards and trample damage. Secondary lines are lower to the ground: one-drop wolves, lord effects like Hound Tamer and Kessig, and overrun effects finish without the commander. A handful of fight/removal spells and instant pump keep creatures alive. There is no hidden commander; Ruby and Halana/Alena are value support, and no infinite combo is present.
