Kilo, Apogee Mind commands a Jeskai artifact engine built around rapid counter generation and continuous proliferation. Because Kilo has haste and proliferates whenever it becomes tapped, attacking or tapping it with station cards, spring-loaded mana rocks, or combat engines immediately accelerates every counter on your board. The deck wins primarily by spreading poison counters through creatures like Blighted Agent or spells like Prologue to Phyresis and proliferating them to ten. Alternatively, it can achieve infinite untaps and proliferate triggers using Isochron Scepter imprinted with Dramatic Reversal, finish opponents with Darksteel Reactor, or animate an army of flying artifacts using Cyberdrive Awakener.
