This Sultai deck pairs Kotis, the Fangkeeper with a sweeper-heavy control plan and a deterministic artifact combo finish. Because Kotis possesses native indestructible, the deck runs 11 board sweepers (such as Damnation, Deadly Tempest, and Final Act) that clear opposing blockers without harming its commander. While controlling the battlefield and generating card advantage through Kotis's combat damage trigger and enchantments like Struggle for Project Purity, the deck ramps into its primary win condition: Time Sieve combined with Thopter Assembly. Once both artifacts are in play on Turn 6, Thopter Assembly returns to hand on upkeep to generate five Thopter tokens, which are sacrificed to Time Sieve to take infinite extra turns. Kotis attacks repeatedly during these extra turns to deal lethal commander damage to every opponent.
