Deck overview

This Abzan deck piloted by Vishgraz, the Doomhive is a focused Phyrexian aggro and proliferate deck designed to eliminate opponents using poison counters. The strategy deploys early toxic and infect creatures on turns 1 through 3 to land initial poison counters, then casts Vishgraz on Turn 4 to flood the battlefield with Mite tokens and create a rapidly growing commander threat. Once opponents have poison counters, continuous proliferate engines like Bloated Contaminator, Evolution Sage, and Vraska, Betrayal's Sting accelerate the clock to 10 poison across all players. Strong removal options, equipment for evasion, and asymmetric stax via Phyrexian Censor keep opponents off-tempo while the swarm closes out the game.
