This Sultai deck is an aggressive midrange engine commanded by The Wise Mothman. It leverages radiation counters and incidental mill to fuel a compounding +1/+1 counter and card advantage engine. Early acceleration sets up the commander on Turn 3 or 4. Once operational, radiation triggers during each player's precombat main phase mill nonland cards, distributing counters across your board and rapidly turning Mothman into a lethal flying threat. Robust draw engines like Danny Pink, Pollywog Prodigy, and Rhystic Study convert counter placement and opposing spells into continuous card advantage. The deck threatens a Turn 5 onset through tall aerial attacks, wide token swarms from Herd Baloth, and incremental life loss from Syr Konrad, the Grim.
