Deck overview

This deck is a mono-white stax and damage redirection control build led by Anti-Venom, Horrifying Healer. The core strategy revolves around deploying early tax and lock pieces such as Rule of Law, Archon of Emeria, and Drannith Magistrate to severely restrict opposing spell velocity and prevent casting commanders from the command zone. Once the table is slowed down, the deck casts Anti-Venom to reanimate key pieces and absorb incoming damage through cards like Pariah, Martyrdom, and en-Kor creatures, converting damage into +1/+1 counters. The deck finishes games either through massive commander combat damage boosted by Duelist's Heritage or by executing an infinite damage loop between Phyrexian Vindicator and Guilty Conscience. Supported by reliable enchantment tutors, single-target exile removal, and resilient recursion spells like Invoke Justice and Sevinne's Reclamation, the list grinds out opponents while remaining highly protected against damage-based board wipes and combat pressure.
