Deck overview

This deck leverages Reaper King at the helm of a Scarecrow and Changeling tribal engine designed to dominate the board through enter-the-battlefield triggers. By pairing efficient Shapeshifters with flicker spells like Ephemerate and Teleportation Circle, the deck turns every creature drop into targeted permanent removal. Doubling effects from Panharmonicon, Roaming Throne, and Elesh Norn, Mother of Machines amplify this attrition into complete board control. The deck ramps through green land-fetch sorceries and mana rocks to fix its five-color requirements by Turn 5. Once Reaper King is established, casting a kicked Rite of Replication creates 25 destruction triggers, decimating opposing mana bases and creatures simultaneously. A clean combat mop-up follows over two attack turns. While highly oppressive once online, the deck relies heavily on its commander to interact and remains vulnerable to well-timed removal before its protection pieces are equipped.
