Myrel Trooper Elkoytcg by Kodoth

Format: Commander

Commander: Myrel, Shield of Argive

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Myrel, Shield of Argive is a mono-white Soldier-tribal aggro commander who turns each attack into a token explosion and stops opponents from interacting on your turn. The primary plan is to deploy cheap Soldiers, cast Myrel on curve, then swing to double the army every turn; anthem effects like Adaptive Automaton, Captain of the Watch, and Serra Redeemer make each token hit far above its cost. Secondary plans use planeswalkers such as Elspeth, Sun's Champion to generate tokens or an emblem, while Valkyrie's Call and protection spells keep the board resilient. The deck can also beat down without Myrel using soldier synergies, though less explosively.
