Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Izzet spellslinger storm deck commanded by Vivi Ornitier. The primary game plan revolves around enchanting Vivi with damage-triggered draw effects like Curiosity or Ophidian Eye. Because Vivi deals 1 damage to each opponent whenever you cast a noncreature spell, each cast draws three cards in a 4-player game. This massive card influx fuels continuous chains of cheap cantrips, rituals, and free spells. Vivi's power grows with every trigger, allowing its {0} mana activation to generate massive bursts of colored mana mid-turn. Secondary pingers like Coruscation Mage, Firebrand Archer, and Guttersnipe amplify damage output, while Harmonic Prodigy and Veyran, Voice of Duality double all triggers. The deck also features a compact two-card infinite mana combo using Quicksilver Elemental to copy Vivi's mana ability repeatedly. Backed by cheap counterspells and bounce interaction, the deck reliably closes the game on Turn 4.
