Deck overview

This deck is a high-tempo Dimir aggro-control strategy led by Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow. It leverages an ultra-dense suite of 0-mana and 1-mana evasive creatures to activate commander ninjutsu on Turn 2 without fail. Once assembled, Yuriko completely bypasses commander tax while converting unblocked combat connections into simultaneous card advantage and table-wide life loss. Rather than paying full mana for high-end threats, the deck uses delve and alternate-cost spells like Temporal Trespass, Dig Through Time, and Commandeer to hit opponents for 7 to 11 damage per trigger. Hand size is maintained by continuous Ninja triggers, feeding free and 1-mana counterspells that protect the board and disrupt opponents. Although vulnerable to mass removal and heavily reliant on Yuriko for damage output, the deck presents an explosive, resilient clock that frequently eliminates all three opponents together by Turn 6.
