Deck overview

This is a Rakdos discard-matters midrange deck built around Green Goblin, Nemesis, turning every discarded card into either a Goblin-growing counter or a Treasure token. The broader shell is a value engine: looting outlets, such as Glint-Horn Buccaneer and Charging Strifeknight, feed discard payoffs like Bone Miser, Archfiend of Ifnir, Spider-Man, New Champion, and Magmakin Artillerist. The deck plans to out-grind opponents with repeated card-draw/discard cycles, token production, and damage overlap, then close games through Living Death-fueled boards, extra-trigger damage amplification like Sawhorn Nemesis and Thor, Asgard's Avenger, or a massive Fling or Grievous Wound moment. There are no true infinite combos in the 99, but the discard-cycling loop gives it a real, if incremental, path to table-wide damage.
