Deck overview

This is a slow mono-black sacrifice deck led by Fumulus, the Infestation. Its normal game plan is to create disposable creatures, sacrifice them for cards or mana, and convert deaths, attacks, and life gain into incremental damage through Bastion of Remembrance, Mirkwood Bats, Marauding Blight-Priest, and Sanguine Bond. The strongest finish is the conditional infinite loop of Sanguine Bond and Bloodthirsty Conqueror, started by any opponent life loss. That loop is decisive once assembled, but the deck has only one unrestricted tutor, no meaningful early acceleration, and little protection. As a result, its ordinary setup is closer to turn 11 than to competitive Commander timing. Its creature removal and sacrifice effects are broad enough for a functional casual table, but its interaction is mostly sorcery-speed and does not reliably contest fast noncreature strategies. The deck is resilient in small exchanges but struggles after its central enchantment or combo creature is removed.
