Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue control and combo strategy led by Kairi, the Swirling Sky. It aims to leverage the legend rule by creating token copies of Kairi using efficient clone spells such as Cackling Counterpart, Quasiduplicate, and Fated Infatuation. When the clone token enters the battlefield, state-based actions send it to the graveyard, triggering Kairi's death ability to mill six cards and return up to two instant or sorcery cards from the graveyard to hand. Through this recursive loop, the deck generates compounding card advantage, continuously recycles powerful counterspells and board wipes, and eventually locks the table into an infinite extra-turn loop using Time Warp. Supported by a robust pillowfort defense including Propaganda, Crawlspace, and Fatespinner, the deck stalls opposing combat until it can close the game via lethal commander damage or an empty-library Thassa's Oracle trigger.
