Deck overview

Katara, Water Tribe's Hope is a token-combat deck that turns a wide board of small creatures and artifact tokens into a one-turn alpha strike with her Waterbend ability. The primary plan is to curve into cheap creatures, token generators, and cost reducers, then on a single combat step set every creature's base power and toughness to a high X and swing for lethal. Secondary paths include Rise and Shine turning artifact tokens into 4/4s, commander damage from Katara after a pump, and card-advantage engines like Caretaker's Talent and Sygg. The deck is built to cast and protect Katara rather than use a hidden commander.
