Deck overview

Nahiri, Forged in Fury leads an aggressive Boros equipment deck that bypasses traditional Voltron limitations by flooding the board with self-equipping artifacts. Mechanics such as For Mirrodin!, Living Weapon, and Job Select create creature tokens attached to Equipment upon entry. This rapidly discounts Nahiri through Affinity for Equipment, allowing her deployment on Turn 4. On Turn 5, attacking with equipped creatures triggers Nahiri's ability, exiling cards and casting revealed Equipment for free. Heavy artifacts like Kaldra Compleat, Nettlecyst, and Embercleave hit the battlefield without mana investment, while extra combat spells like Hexplate Wallbreaker and Waves of Aggression help close the game across Turns 6 and 7. The deck boasts immense functional redundancy and steady recovery from single-target removal, but it remains susceptible to artifact sweepers and lacks stack interaction against fast combo strategies.
