Dragão Rico, Cavaleiro Pobre by user5283173

Format: Commander

Commander: Smaug the Magnificent

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Smaug the Magnificent is a mono-red dragon-treasure deck. The primary plan is to cast Smaug early, create a Treasure stack from his upkeep trigger and cards like Goldspan Dragon, Guild Artisan and Professional Face-Breaker, then multiply combat phases with World at War, Relentless Assault, Port Razer and Scourge of the Throne. Smaug's haste lets every untap turn convert those Treasures into repeatable targeted pings. A secondary token-pinger path uses Reckless Fireweaver/Ingenious Artillerist with Academy Manufactor and large Treasure bursts. There and Back Again is effectively a second Smaug token and can dump 14 Treasures when it dies. The deck is linear but redundant in Treasure generation.
