Deck overview

This mono-black list leverages Loot, the Anomaly to turn negative power into lethal commander damage. Backed by cheap evasion enablers like Skeleton Key and Brotherhood Regalia, Loot bypasses blockers while threshold sacrifice abilities and power-reducing enchantments rapidly scale his damage output. The deck seamlessly integrates an Aristocrats engine featuring recursive creatures such as Gravecrawler, Bloodghast, and Forsaken Miner alongside sacrifice outlets like Warren Soultrader and Yawgmoth, Thran Physician. High-velocity draw engines like Skullclamp and Plumb the Forbidden keep the hand full of protection spells and interaction. If opponents manage to remove Loot, the deck easily pivots to a standalone aristocrat drain strategy to finish the table.
