This deck executes an Azorius Spirit tribal swarm strategy led by Millicent, Restless Revenant. Early turns focus on establishing cheap Spirits to aggressively reduce Millicent's casting cost via affinity. Once Millicent enters, every combat hit and nontoken death spawns additional flying Spirit tokens, rapidly expanding your board presence. The deck wins by going wide in the air, buffing the squad with tribal anthem lords like Supreme Phantom, Empyrean Eagle, and Drogskol Captain, while drawing massive cards through combat engines like Bident of Thassa and Reconnaissance Mission.
