Deck overview

This Dimir deck is a dedicated Zombie tribal and aristocrats engine commanded by Gisa and Geralf. The strategy focuses on stocking the graveyard through self-mill, discard, and targeted tutors, then recurring high-impact Undead creatures to control the battlefield and assemble a game-ending loop. The primary win condition centers on Rooftop Storm, which allows Gravecrawler to be cast repeatedly from the graveyard for zero mana. Combined with a sacrifice outlet like Grimgrin, Corpse-Born or Ashnod's Altar and a drain payoff like Diregraf Captain or Vengeful Dead, the deck drains all three opponents to zero in a single turn without passing priority. Backup routes leverage mass reanimation spells like Zombie Apocalypse, asymmetric creature suppression through Noxious Ghoul, and token swarms generated by Army of the Damned or Josu Vess, Lich Knight. While vulnerable to instant-speed graveyard exile and enchantment removal, proactive shielding from Defense Grid and tight combo sequencing ensure a potent, cohesive game plan.
