Gishath, Sun's Avatar by Zerok

Format: Commander

Commander: Gishath, Sun's Avatar

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Naya Dinosaur battlecruiser built entirely around turbo-ramping into Gishath, Sun's Avatar. Gishath is not just a 7/6 beater - his haste means he attacks the turn he lands, and every point of combat damage converts directly into free Dinosaurs from the top of the library. The deck uses a dense land-tutor suite and mana dorks to land him on turns 4-5, then leverages Palani's Hatcher, Regisaur Alpha, and Rhythm of the Wild to make his revealed Dinosaurs immediately relevant. Pantlaza, Sun-Favored acts as a hidden secondary engine, discovering into extra gas, while Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant and Etali, Primal Conqueror can end games out of a single Gishath trigger. The finish is combat-based: Full Throttle chains three combats, and Unnatural Growth or Overwhelming Stampede turns a wide board into a one-shot kill.
