Deck overview

This deck is a Boros graveyard-midrange strategy commanded by Quintorius, History Chaser. The game plan revolves around exploiting leaves-the-graveyard triggers to generate a formidable army of 3/2 Spirit creature tokens while digging through the library. In the early turns, the deck sets up mana rocks, self-mill engines, and discard outlets such as Conspiracy Theorist, Containment Construct, and Squee, Goblin Nabob. Once Quintorius resolves on Turn 4, its +1 ability immediately generates card advantage, filters cards into the graveyard, and triggers Spirit creation when paired with recursion or exile effects. As the battlefield fills with Spirit tokens, the deck leverages anthem effects, reanimation engines like Sun Titan and Sevinne's Reclamation, and explosive finishers like Moonshaker Cavalry or Quintorius's -4 double strike ability to close out the game through lethal combat steps. Robust removal spells and board protection keep opposing strategies in check while securing your own resilient board state.
