Deck overview

This is a Sultai lands-matter midrange deck helmed by Glarb, Calamity's Augur. Glarb functions as a command-zone selection engine: continuous top-card vision, surveil filtering, and the ability to cast MV 4+ spells (and play lands) from the top of the library. The 99 leans into extra land drops, landfall payoffs, self-mill, and graveyard recursion to deploy oversized threats ahead of curve. Primary wins come from combat with high-impact bodies (Lumra, Bellow of the Woods, Archon of Cruelty, Valgavoth, Terror Eater, Mossborn Hydra, Colossal Grave-Reaver), explosive token boards via Scute Swarm / Springheart Nantuko, and life-drain landfall from Ob Nixilis, the Fallen. Mass reanimation (Living Death, Living End) and recursive engines (Muldrotha, the Gravetide, Six, Conduit of Worlds) provide secondary paths. The deck plays as deliberate value midrange rather than combo.
